Referral Partner Program

The RestoOS partner program is built for consultants, sales agents, restaurant technology resellers, and business developers who help food businesses go digital. If you onboard restaurants that need point-of-sale, kitchen display, inventory, reports, WhatsApp ordering, Mobile Money verification, or delivery management, you can track every referral and commission in a dedicated partner portal.

1. Apply to become a referral partner. Our team creates your partner account.
2. Share your unique referral code or link restaurants during onboarding so they are attributed to you.
3. When a referred restaurant pays its setup fee or renews an active subscription, commission is recorded in your ledger automatically.
4. Request payouts to your Mobile Money wallet during the monthly payout window and track approval status in real time.

Default commission rates (subject to platform configuration):

• 30% one-time commission on each referred restaurant's setup fee when collected.
• 15% recurring commission on subscription payments while you have 1–10 active paying restaurants linked to your account.
• 20% recurring commission when you reach 11 or more active paying restaurants.

Commission is calculated on qualifying payments in Ghana cedis (GHS). Adjustments may be applied by platform administrators for corrections or disputes, with a full audit trail in your portal.

Approved partners receive access to a secure portal where you can:

• View linked restaurants and their subscription status
• Track setup and subscription commission entries
• Submit payout requests and view payout history
• Receive notifications for new restaurants, renewals, and payout updates
• Update your profile and Mobile Money payout details (MTN, Telecel, or Airtel Tigo)
• Contact platform support directly from the portal

Payouts are sent to the Mobile Money number registered on your partner profile. Payout requests can be submitted during the configured monthly window (typically days 20–31 of each month). Each request is reviewed by the RestoOS team before funds are released.

Partners must keep payment details accurate and respond promptly to verification requests. Suspended partner accounts cannot request new payouts until reinstated.
